A Satyr monk who is following the path of Pan, the god of nature and revelry. Originating from a small satyr village in the jungles of Gadeon, where the most promising students (in regard of revelry or nature) are tasked to expand on the cultural knowledge of revelry.

Humble beginnings

In Eastwoord, the satyr village, it is common practice for all the younglings to follow the footsteps of Pan. This means learning the crafts of survival, like camping, nature, cooking and culture.

During his studies, Grover started experiencing prophetic dreams. Visions of wine-leave covered forest clearings under shining moonlight, where silhouettes of humanoids danced around a large bonfire, guided by thundering drums, of long wooden rows of tables where figures are cheering and singing songs of bravery and battles.

When Grover consulted Gravlax the village head priest, a village meeting was called> Gravlax explained his visions indicate that he is the chosen Reveler. Every 20 years one is chosen to quest for the meaning of revelry. Thus the prophecy was retold:

Every score, the visions wake.
A phantom feast the chosen make.
But walk the edge with steady stride,
Where dark corruptions softly hide.
Beware the bliss that turns to vice,
Lest holy revel pay the price.

Quest of the Reveler

The purpose of the Reveler is to investigate what it means to revel. How do other cultures celebrate, what do they celebrate. The method for achieving this study can be in whatever manner the Reveler wants, some choose study, academics, some even choose meditation but most effective, according to Grover, is to go and find out. That is the reason for his adventuring life.

Boraks Eastwood, Father - A local brewer and owner of the famous but only in the niche of craft beer brewery: The Hop Along Brewery

Merlinda Eastwood, Mother - Worked in the brewery but passed away in a ... attack while she was travelling to the city.

Head Priest Gravlax - The two-over Reveler after returning from his cultural journey and now has become the head priest of the village, the closest thing this village has to a leader. Also a bit of a mentor figure to Grover.

The past reveler, the nihilist Icariux - The previous reveler who has succumbed to evil for unknown reasons. It is said he has seen the multiverse and concluded that joy and revel is a lie.
